Sip, Sound & Soul - Steeped in Sound

friday, april 24th | 6 pm
led by Celine Stewart

Sip, Sound & Soul - Steeped in Sound is a restorative wellness experience that blends herbal tea ritual, deep sound healing, and hands-on herbal education. Guests will be guided through a sensory journey that begins with tea tasting, moves into a deeply relaxing sound bath, and concludes with a DIY tea-blending workshop rooted in introductory herbalism.

Participants will leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and empowered with practical tools for self-care — including their own handcrafted organic tea bags to enjoy at home.
