mat work
An all-level mat Pilates class blending contemporary and classical techniques for a balanced, full-body workout. Props are thoughtfully integrated to build core strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and support joint stability.
steel sculpt
A dynamic blend of yoga, mat Pilates, and strength training. Class begins with flowing movement to generate heat, moves into targeted strength work with weights and props, and closes with stretching and brief meditation. Moderate to high intensity, with purposeful recovery built in to support both performance and regulation.
vinyasa 1
(Beginner to Intermediate)
A flowing style of yoga where movement is linked to breath in a continuous, rhythmic sequence. This class takes its time, offering space to learn, explore, and build confidence in foundational poses and transitions.
Expect a steady, intentional pace with guidance on alignment and options to modify or deepen your practice. Vinyasa 1 is perfect for those newer to flow or anyone looking for a more grounded, mindful experience while still building strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
vinyasa 2
(Intermediate to Advanced)
A flowing, breath-to-movement practice that builds on the foundations of Vinyasa with more dynamic sequencing and creative transitions. This class moves at a slightly quicker pace and offers more advanced options to challenge strength, balance, and coordination.
Expect opportunities to explore deeper expressions of poses, arm balances, and more fluid movement patterns, while still being encouraged to listen to your body and take what serves you. Best suited for those with prior Vinyasa experience who are ready to expand and play within their practice.
slow & sound
A gentle yoga flow with light movement, deep stretching, and a 10-minute crystal bowl sound bath. Good for beginners and anyone wanting a slower class. 60 minutes
classics club
A slower-paced classical mat Pilates class built around the traditional sequence — with supportive modifications and a focus on strength, mobility, and longevity.
Designed with adults 55+ in mind, though all are welcome who prefer a more foundational, low-impact Pilates experience.
steel strength
Coming Soon
All the benefits of lifting weights — none of the downsides of going too heavy.
Steel Strength is a 45-minute low impact weight training class built around functional movement — the kind of strength that helps you move through everyday life with more ease, energy, and confidence. Using weights up to 20 lbs, barefoot on the mat, every movement is intentional, joint-friendly, and designed to build real, lasting strength.
The sweet spot between effective and sustainable. Class is capped at 20 people. All levels welcome.
As we grow, this schedule will continue to expand with additional class times, formats, and instructors.
Do I need a mat? Steel Studio provides Pilates mats for all Mat Work classes — that's part of why our classes are capped at 25 students, so everyone always has one. We also have a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow, but we recommend bringing your own yoga mat to our yoga classes if you have one. You're also welcome to bring your own Pilates mat if you prefer.
Not sure which mat you need? Here's the difference:
What about a mat towel? We recommend bringing a mat towel to mat work classes — since our mats are shared, it's a nice touch! We also sell mat towels at the studio if you need one. All mats are wiped down after every class.
Yoga classes are typically done barefoot so you can spread your toes and grip the mat naturally. For mat work classes, grip socks are commonly worn but are not required — wear whatever is comfortable for you.
Can I cancel my membership? Yes, you can cancel at any time. You will not be refunded for a billing period that has already been charged, but you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. We ask for a few weeks' notice in advance when possible, though it is not mandatory.
Can I pause my membership? Yes! You can pause your membership once per year for up to 3 months.
Do you offer discounts? We do not currently offer discounts.
How do I purchase a gift card? Gift cards are available by email request — just reach out to us and we'll get one set up for you!
We have a strict 5-minute late policy. If someone is available at the front desk, they may be able to quietly help you get settled, but the door will be locked once class is underway. Arriving late is disruptive to both students and teachers, so we strongly encourage you to arrive a few minutes early. Please note that there is not always someone at the front desk, so we cannot guarantee entry if you arrive after class has started.
Reach out to us — we're happy to help!
