certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Rooted in yoga as a practice of awareness and self-realization, she weaves philosophy into intelligently sequenced classes that balance strength and release, helping students let go of what they unknowingly carry. She believes yoga is more than time on the mat, it’s a reset that allows us to return to life clearer, more present, and connected.

I would describe my teaching style as combining classical Pilates with a contemporary approach. In my classes, I love to emphasize creative and fun movements that will definitely cause you to break a sweat!

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Christina developed a love for movement early on as a varsity cheerleader and avid horseback rider. Her passion for fitness eventually led her to Pilates, where she found the perfect balance of strength, control, and mindful movement.Christina is dedicated to creating fun, challenging classes that leave clients feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered. Known for her music-inspired themed classes, she brings high-energy playlists and creative workouts together to make every class feel like an experience. She lives in Valley Center with her husband and their two daughters. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, she strives to make every class welcoming, energizing, and enjoyable.

Jennifer is a 500 hr registered yoga teacher and a certified Reiki master. She was introduced to yoga through a knee injury, where it was first a source of physical therapy, and soon became a place to find authenticity of being and an endless journey of self-exploration. Her passion for yoga deepened when she became a Reiki practitioner, finding similar healing effects they both have on the movement of energy through the body and the chakra system.

Her teaching is grounded in the intention of helping others cultivate safety, peace, connection, and awareness in their bodies, breath, and nervous systems.

Trained through MiraCosta College and the Chopra Center with over 500 hours of training, Rebecca blends Ashtanga and Iyengar teachings into power vinyasa and foundation flows that build strength and steadiness from the ground up. Yoga has been a steady anchor in her life for over 25 years, helping her heal from injury and navigate autoimmune challenges. Off the mat, she is a professional photographer, a photography teacher, a mom, and a dog rescuer.

When yoga found Sarah in 2009, it became the missing golden thread in her life—weaving together mind, body, spirit, and community. Her consistent practice has helped her heal from injuries, build strength and flexibility, and find profound peace through movement and breath. She believes in yoga's power to inspire positive change.

She followed that calling to Costa Rica, earning her 200hr RYT at Sacred Paths Yoga in Mal Pais—turning a long-held dream into her living reality.

Sarah teaches with an open heart, bringing compassion and balance to every class. Her sequences build strength, freedom of movement, and embodied presence, often supported by hands-on adjustments—a form of love that helps students feel aligned, cared for, and truly seen.

Sydney Kinder

Syd is a Certified Athletic Trainer with a background in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and performance training. She currently works with active-duty military members and athletes - bringing experience in injury prevention, movement quality, and return-to-performance care. As a former collegiate hockey athlete and current martial artist, she is passionate about helping individuals feel strong, confident, and supported in their movement goals. Syd values creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where clients of all backgrounds and experience levels can challenge themselves and build consistency in their wellness journey.

A 5th generation classical Pilates instructor, comprehensively trained by Christie Wang of Ascend Pilates. Vanessa specializes in working with everyday movers, whether a new mom finding time to work out, a mature adult maintaining strength, or an athlete dedicated to fitness and wellness.

Steel Studio was founded by Cameron Cline and Jake Hesselgrave, who share a passion for movement, wellness, and building spaces where people can truly thrive.

After having a baby, Cameron became deeply focused on low-impact, functional movement as a sustainable way to support strength, mobility, and long-term health. She’s passionate about creating an environment where people can move with intention and feel supported physically and mentally.

Cameron and Jake also own a ranch in Pauma Valley, where their love for animals, the outdoors, and a grounded lifestyle continues to shape everything they build.

Together, they also own Saber Martial Arts in Valley Center, a training facility that serves youth, teens, and adults where they help beginners gain confidence while also coaching athletes competing at the highest levels of professional MMA.
